GrowthQB provides informational insights only and should not be considered accounting, financial, legal, investment, tax, or business consulting advice.

Accuracy

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law and our refund policy, where applicable.

Intellectual Property

GrowthQB owns all rights, title, and interest in the platform, software, logos, branding, and AI models. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our intellectual property except as necessary to access and use the service.

You retain ownership of your uploaded business information. By using the platform, you grant GrowthQB a limited license to use that information to provide and improve the service.

Limitation of Liability

GrowthQB is not responsible for business decisions made using AI-generated recommendations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowthQB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

GrowthQB may suspend or terminate your access to the platform for misuse, violations of these terms, or other conduct that we determine is harmful to the platform or other users.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support or deleting your account from your settings, where available.
